A Leak = A Loss

This is a tough economic environment. Organizations are trying to do more with less. They are scrambling to cut budgets at the same time they are trying to bring in new business. With all that pressure, it’s no wonder that it can be hard to see what’s right in front of our noses.

Often times budget cutting focuses on what an organization can STOP spending money on, instead of looking at the everyday things that can be internally to save money WITHOUT cutting purchases.

It doesn’t take a financial wiz to know that:

A leak = A loss!
